Jennings United Methodist Church held a fundraiser on Saturday in support of the youth program’s mission trip to San Antonio this summer.
Director of Youth Ministries Randy Daily considered Saturday’s event, which took place at the Jennings Multi-Purpose Building, a success. The event, which consisted of a dance with deejay Marcus Hay, featured mainstream, country and Christian music and was sponsored by Matt Stover, kicker for the Baltimore Ravens. It was attended by about 350 area youth and raised about $2,200.
